President Louis Boyle

I am very pleased to be President of the Rotary Club of Banbridge for the current year. My term of office began at the beginning of July 2013 and I will hand over the President Elect, Jenny Irvine at the end of June this year. Banbridge is a small Rotary Club with 18 members. The Club welcomes men and women of all age groups and occupations. The motto of Rotary is Service Above Self and being in Rotary gives us as Rotarians the opportunity to support  others in our local community in need, to have fellowship with other members of the Club and to be part of the wider Rotary community in Ireland, Britain and the rest of the World. In addition to supporting local charities, through the wider network of Rotary, we are able to financially support worthwhile projects in areas of the world where there is great need such as Africa.  The theme of this Rotary year is Engage Rotary, Change Lives.

We will always be delighted to hear from anyone in the local community who might be interested in joining our Club.
